A MAN has been left with serious facial injuries after he was knocked down by a car as he crossed the road opposite the town hall in Rickmansworth Road at 2.30am on Thursday, July 11.
The driver of the white Vauxhall Astra did not stop but continued to travel towards Croxley Green.
Anyone that witnessed the incident should telephone PC Ian Alexander from the road policing unit on 01923 472388.
