Fire crews from Sutton were called to a blaze in an old people's home in Shirley Avenue, Cheam, last Sunday. The fire started in a cupboard and two crews from Sutton were called just after 11pm. It was quickly put out and no-one was hurt. The cause of the fire is not known.
