A late Ronnie Green goal gave the Ks the scalp of First Division Watford at Kingsmeadow on Saturday.
Tommy Smith and Dominic Foley spurned opportunities to score for Watford, before Peter Barnsby headed Kingstonian into a surprise 70th minute lead, getting first run on the defence to convert a James Pinnock free-kick.
Substitute Jason Norville fired home Watford's equaliser two minutes later, following good work by Simon Patterson and Neil Cox, but it was the home side who had the last laugh with five minutes remaining when Ronnie Green sprinted clear of the visiting defence to slide a low shot past Alec Chamberlain.
