Kingstonian slipped to a 1-0 defeat at Ryman relegation-threatened Aylesbury on Saturday.
Ks beat the Ducks 1-0 when the two teams met in the league on Thursday.
But the scoreline was reversed thanks to Chris Bangura's lobbed effort for Aylesbury.
Ks lost keeper Lance Key to injury in the first half and he was replaced by Adrian Jones.
