Croydon's Homeless Health Team will talk about its work with the borough's homeless at a meeting of The Community Network today (Wednesday.)
There will also be an opportunity to hear about Croydon Primary Care Trust's (PCT) new Primary Care Strategy, which looks at future development in primary care in Croydon. It is a draft strategy and residents are invited to give feedback.
The meeting takes place from 12.30-2.30pm today at Friends Meeting House, 60 Park Lane, Croydon. Everyone is welcome.
The Community Network brings together representatives from every GP practice in the area, local voluntary organisations, carers and residents' associations.
