This is despite residents' deep concern about the health effects of the existing cluster of masts.

What is stopping the Public Protection Office of the London Borough of Redbridge obtaining a COM metre in the meantime?
I sent it details of this on December 8 2002. That way it could monitor the house of any concerned resident, measuring the microwave radio frequencies, and advise as to the safest spots in the house to position beds or chairs where weak and vulnerable people spend a great deal of time during the day.
I invite any persons in a position to help to write to these pages and let us know what action they propose to take.
