Cakes, balloons and scores of children helped celebrate the third birthday of Tooting Walk-in Centre earlier this month.
The centre at St George's hospital was set up to ease pressure on local GP surgeries and hospital accident and emergency units.
A spokesman said: "The centre is open to anyone on a drop-in basis, seven days a week. ."
Children were invited to take part in a special colouring competition to mark the event, with the lucky winner performing the cake cutting ceremony (pictured).
