BRENTFORD boss Wally Downes hopes to beef up his goal-shy squad with the signing of non-league hitman Scott Ramsay.
Ramsay has netted 37 goals for Eastbourne Borough this season to take his side to the top of the Doctor Martens Eastern Division.
Only three teams have scored fewer than Brentford's 46 goals in Division Two this term and Downes is desperate for more fire-power.
They were again punished for their lack of finishing prowess on Saturday when they were beaten by a 90th minute goal from Isaiah Rankin against Barnsley.

Southall Town overcame Almondsbury Town 1-0 on Saturday in the Hellenic premier League thanks to a Lee Holman strike.
After the match, Town held their club presentation evening. The players' player award was won by former QPR player Michael Meaker.
Dale Godfrey was the Manager's player of the year.
