Staff and customers at Ottakar's bookshop in Putney were left stunned by the visit of the rudest customer ever at the weekend.
Mr Rude was at the shop on Saturday to mark the latest book in the much-loved children's Mister Men series.
Mr Rude is the creation of author Adam Hargreaves (left), who has decided to continue the series of books begun by his late father, Roger.
