RESIDENTS are to get a say on the future of a development in their village.
The former Everards site in Greenhithe Village is currently owned by Fairview New Homes and the group is holding a public exhibition of its plans for the area.
Originally the firm wanted to build 217 homes on the site. But, following the planning inspectorate's decision to reject an appeal by the company last year, it is going back to the drawing board.
To see the plans and give your opinions on them, visit Acacia Hall, High Street, Dartford from noon to 6pm on February 4, 10am to 6pm on February 5 and at Greenhithe Community Hall on February 12 from 10am to 1pm.
