THE opinions of conservationists and heritage lovers are being sought on council plans to improve a town centre.
Gravesham Council has outlined proposals for the Riverside Leisure Area at the north-east corner of Gravesend.
The plans include development of the Ordnance Road site, land to the south of Khartoum Place, Milton Place car park, the former swimming pool site and the former BT depot.
It is hoped the plans will improve the quality of facilities while helping to preserve the area's heritage.
Residents can find out more at an exhibition of the proposals at Towncentric, St George's Square, Gravesend, which will run until February 12.
Visitors will have a questionnaire to complete and consultants are available on all Saturday afternoons, February 2 and February 8 for any further questions.
