IT WAS a hard enough life for a Chislehurst school which rehearsed its production of Annie, for five months.
But the sun came out when more than 150 girls at Babington House Junior and Secondary schools in Grange Dive dazzled audiences with their performances last week.
Two separate casts took turns each night to wow full houses with their interpretation of the smash-hit musical.
The whole school community got involved. Teachers, pupils and parents helped to build the sets, make the costumes all helping to make the production a success.
Under drama teacher Marilyn Gebbett's direction, Bonnie Jackson,13, and 11-year-old Georgina Wakeling played the two Annies.
