AN Erith company which went into administration earlier this month has been sold, saving a number of its jobs.
Good Food 2 Go Ltd, which provided prepared food, was based at the Hailey Road business park in Hailey Road, Erith.
It collapsed due to rising food costs and falling demand.
Now turnaround specialists SFP, which were called in to help, have successfuly sold the company and its assets to another company, Grassmore Ltd, within five days of the collapse.
It means 21 jobs at Good Food 2 Go have been saved and will transfer to the new company.
Four employees will be made redundant.
Simon Plant from SFP said: “For us to be able to save jobs in the current economic environment is a particularly positive outcome.
