ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - TEMPORARY HIGHWAY LICENSES
The Director of the Environmental Services Department fo the London Borough of Bromley hereby gives notice that on 21st September 2009 the Environmental Portfolio of the said council approved: -
(i) only approved skip companies to be able to apply for a temporary licence to place a builders’ skip on the highway.
(ii) the schedule of fees for temporary highway licenses, as shown in Schedule 1 below. The changes referred to above shall take effect as from 1st April 2010.
