A story to warm the heart. I'm sure we all regularly receive emails in our work life - and I bet a high number of them actually drive you mad for a variety of reasons.
When another dull email pings up on the screen - sent by some faceless wonder whose life solely appears to revolve around sending bland, pointless and insipid emails - don't you just wish you could send them an email back telling them what you think of them.
Well, the son of American co-owner of Liverpool soccerball club, Tom Hicks Jr, became embroiled in controversy over his response to a supporter who had contacted him about the state of the club's finances.
Having initially called the fan an "idiot", Hicks Jr reportedly then sent a second e-mail saying: "Blow me f*** face. Go to Hell. I'm sick of you."
Magnificent, truly magnificent!
