HOW the tragic case of bullying victim Rosimeiri Boxall unfolded.

Vicar's daughter Miss Boxall, of Battery Road, Thamesmead, was found beneath an open window after falling from the second floor of a three-storey house in Coleraine Road, Blackheath, on May 17 last year.

The 19-year-old had been beaten and bullied by two girls before falling to her death.

Rosimeiri Boxall falls from a second-floor window at a flat on Coleraine Road, Blackheath. Hatice Can, then 13, and Oluwakemi Ajose, then 17, are arrested for attempter murder.

May 18, 2008

Both teenagers are arrested for the murder of Miss Boxall.

Both teenagers are charged with manslaughter.

Trial begins at the Old Bailey.

Raffaelina Asli gives evidence. She was the only adult at the flat the day Miss Boxall died. She cries after watching mobile phone footage from her son’s phone, which shows Miss Boxall being beaten up by Ajose, now 19.

A 16-year-old boy who saw Miss Boxall fall to her death gives evidence. He told the court he saw the defendants drinking the day Miss Boxall died. He said: “They seemed a bit paralytic to me so I couldn’t be bothered to speak to them.”

A friend who was staying at the flat gives evidence. Donna Honeyman, 18, told the court she heard the 15-year-old say “serves you right” as Miss Boxall lay dying on the ground.

November 2, 2009

A 17-year-old boy tells the Old Bailey how Miss Boxall was beaten up on the day she died. He told the court the 15-year-old girl came to his friend's flat to tell them there was going to be a fight. He said: “Kemi started spraying Rosie with air freshner.”

He added: “Rosie just kept telling Kemi to stop it.”

Shane Francis, 20, also gives evidence. He tells the court he liked both Miss Boxall and the 15-year-old and had been texting both of them. The girls argued about him.

A statement from Miss Boxall’s adoptive father, the Rev Simon Boxall, is read out. It says Miss Boxall seemed “upbeat and positive” before her death. Her adoptive parents brought her to the UK from Brazil in 2005.
