YOUNGSTERS at a school have had a visit from an Olympic boxing hopeful.
The children at Breaside Preparatory School, were visited by national amateur boxing middleweight champion, Kirk Garvey, and Olympic boxing coach Terry Edwards.
Children at the school in Orchard Road, Bromley, were encouraged to take up a sport and to eat and live a healthy lifestyle.
They took part in four different exercises which included press ups and star jumps.
PE Co-ordinator at the school, Denise Stone, said: "The day was brilliant and I would recommend this initiative to every school.
“It really inspired and motivated our pupils."
It was organised by Sports 4 All which aims to increase children’s awareness of sport and the importance of living healthily.
