A NETWORKING event for local businesses was such a success another is being planned.
Gravesham Council held a business networking breakfast at Woodville Halls, Windmill Street, Gravesend, last month and more than 100 people attended.
As a result, the council is arranging another session in early December, and information on this can be obtained by calling Chris Inwood on 01474 337258.
Peter Scutts, director of Bath Street in Gravesend based design company High Profile Ltd, attended the networking breakfast.
He said: “I'm sure I speak for many businesses when I say any proactive approach by Gravesham Council, particularly in these tough times, is most welcome.”
The breakfast was hosted by council leader Councillor Mike Snelling and included a presentation on plans for Gravesham to capitalise on the 2012 London Olympics.
