Proposal: Part one/two storey side/rear and first floor extensions including front and rear dormers and increase in roof height with front porch.

68 KIMBERLEY FARM, LEAVES GREEN ROAD, KESTON (09/02661)
Applicant: Mr Bruce Hazell
Proposal: Change of use from poultry farm to private nursery for use of landscape contractor.

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
