DOWNHAM & BROCKLEY: Pair face robbery charges after Flying Squad arrests
TWO men have appeared before magistrates charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
Mark Ruddock, aged 45, of Linden Grove, Peckham, and 50-year-old Elton John, of Brockley Road, Brockley, appeared at Tower Bridge Magistrates’ Court yesterday (October 12).
The pair are charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Ruddock and John were both remanded in custody and are set appear at Inner London Crown Court on a date yet to be agreed.
The Met’s Flying Squad arrested them in Moorside Road, Downham, on October 9.
