A LOCAL rock band has offered its services free to help the supporters group at one of the borough’s football clubs.
The band, Nelly’s Heroes, will play a fundraising gig at Welling United Football Club’s ground, in Park View Road, Welling, in aid of the group, Wings Supporters United, on October 23.
Doors will open at 7.30pm and tickets for the event cost £4, with all the cash raised going towards the development of the club.
