YOUNGSTERS learnt how to take care of their animals during a visit from a leading veterinary charity.
Volunteers from the People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) visited Ashgrove School in Widmore Road, Bromley, to teach pupils what to feed their cats, dogs and rabbits.
Headteacher Patricia Ash said: “Looking after your animal’s teeth was also on the agenda.
“The children learnt a great deal about the tremendous work of the PDSA.”
The PDSA provide free treatment for the sick and injured animals of needy owners, as well as promoting responsible pet ownership.
