GREENWICH: Police constable facing sex charge
A POLICE officer is due to appear in court accused of inciting a girl to watch a sexual act.
Marco Nogueira, a probationer police constable, who was working in Greenwich borough at the time of his arrest, will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court next Thursday (June 4).
The alleged offence took place in February 2008, prior to the 23-year-old joining the Met Police.
Nogueira has been suspended from the Met pending the outcome of the case.
