THE last Beckenham Photographic Society print competition produced some interesting results.
Where’s the Coffee? by Nenne van Dijke was a very simple still life of a cup and saucer and a small jug.
Long Tailed Tit by Sandra White was a lovely natural history study.
The subtle colours of the bird were shown to perfection against an olive green background.
Orange by Mark Johnson was a very stark portrait of a young girl with short orange hair, and heavy orange make-up drinking from an orange.
Girl by Mark Jordan was a head and shoulders portrait looking hard at the viewer, giving a very striking image.
The society meets every Wednesday at Clockhouse Methodist Church Hall and new members are always very welcome.
