A 48-YEAR-OLD man will appear in court today charged with murdering Joseph Olliffe, who was shot dead in a Mottingham cafe on Wednesday afternoon.
Gary Oxley, a trainee driving instructor from south-east London, will appear at Greenwich Magistrates' Court.
Father-of-two Mr Olliffe was shot twice in the head in D A Sandwich Cafe, Court Road, at around 3.45pm.
The 35-year-old from Bromley leaves behind his partner, his three-year-old son and four-year-old daughter.
