EMERGENCY services were called to a home in Danson Crescent, Welling, this afternoon to reports of someone on the roof of a house.
The fire brigade say by the time they arrived at 4.15pm the person was already off the roof and firefighters took no action.
Witnesses told News Shopper the incident happened at the home of unorthodox Bexley cleric Jonathan Blake and claimed he and some of his family had been involved and they had been reading books on the roof while Mr Blake took photographs of them.
They claimed police, paramedics and firefighters had flooded the street to deal with the incident.
