Applicant: Mr Thomas Connolly
Proposal: Part demolition of existing stables building, erection of extensions to building and conversion to provide 20 stables, rest rooms, office, staff room, toilets, feed room and tack room including formation of sand school and car parking in connection with commercial livery use.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the above applications, the plans and other documents submitted with them at the Planning and Engineering Reception Counter, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
