LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
(Walden Road Area, Chislehurst)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 16th December 2008 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 9 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 5th January 2009.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions and to amend/extend existing waiting restrictions to deter obstructive parking near junctions and accesses as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Order came into force, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/518.

BEECHCROFT, Chislehurst, (a) both sides, from the southern kerbline of Yester Road southwards to the common boundary of Danholm and Stonywood; (b) the north west side, from a point opposite the southern boundary of The Brambles south westwards to a point 5m north east of the south western boundary of The Thicket; (c) the south east side, from a point 18m south of the southern boundary of The Brambles to a point 1m west of a point opposite the common boundary Lyndale and Northfield.
DOWNS AVENUE, Chislehurst, both sides, from the northern kerbline of Walden Road northwards for a distance of 10m.
ELMLEE CLOSE, Chislehurst, (a) the west side, from the southern kerbline of Walden Road southwards to the northern flank wall of No. 24; (b) the east side, from the southern kerbline of Walden Road southwards for a distance of 10m.

GROVE VALE, Chislehurst, both sides, (i) from a point 10m north of the northern kerbline of Walden Road northwards to a point 2m north of the common boundary of Nos. 4 & 5; (ii) from a point 2m south west of the common boundary of Nos. 24 & 25 north eastwards to its extremity.
SELBY CLOSE, Chislehurst, (a) both sides, from a point 6m north east of the common boundary of Nos. 19 & 21 north eastwards to its extremity; (b) the north west side, from a point 16m south west of the common boundary of Nos. 5 & 7 north eastwards to a point 7m south of the southern boundary of No. 17.
THE WEALD, Chislehurst, both sides, (i) from a point 7m south of the southern kerbline of Walden Road southwards for a distance of 8m; (ii) from a point 7m south of the common boundary of Nos. 2 & 3 southwards to its extremity.
WALDEN ROAD, Chislehurst, (a) the south side, from a point 15m east of the eastern kerbline of Sandy Ridge (north western arm) to a point 10m north west of the north western kerbline of Sandy Ridge (south eastern arm); (b) from a point 22m north west of the northern kerbline of Willow Grove north westwards to a point 4m south east of the north western boundary of Barleycroft.
