STAFF from a Gravesend hair salon have celebrated a successful fundraising effort.
After staging a special hair show in aid of their favourite charity, the girls and guys from JM Hairdressing, Dover Road, Northfleet, raised £550 for Cancer Research UK.
The show took place at the AEI Hall, in Singlewell, and starred 50 models whose hair had been styled by the staff.
Salon owner Jackie Mathis said: “I was overwhelmed by the support of staff and clients who made the show so successful and raised so much money.”
