THIS man was captured on camera as he threatened staff at an off-licence with a knife.

The man, aged between 25 and 35, walked into the Drinks Cabin off-licence in Halfway Street, Sidcup, just after 9pm on May 22.

As he approached the tills he produced a brown-handled knife with a four-inch blade.

The two assistants fled in terror and hid in the back office. After scooping £180 from the till the man escaped in a waiting car, which turned out to be an unsuspecting minicab.

The man was described as 5ft 5in tall, slim and with fair hair.

A MAN who claimed he was armed with a gun has robbed an off-licence, terrifying two staff.

The man walked into Thresher’s Wine Shop, in Bexley Village High Street, on June 2 at around 9.15pm.

He confronted the two shop assistants, a man and a woman both in their early 20s.

He claimed he had a gun under his jacket, then snatched around £300 in cash from the till. He ran off towards Bexley railway station.

The man is described as 6ft 1in tall, white, with facial stubble and very short brown hair. He was wearing a blue-hooded top with white flecks, black jeans and black shoes.
