THREE teenagers appeared in court charged with violent disorder after allegedly chasing and beating a young man.
Dartford Magistrates’ Court heard how the man suffered a broken rib, cuts and bruises to his head, arms, back and legs after being beaten by five men in Ebbsfleet Walk, Northfleet, at around 8pm on March 15.
Daniel King, aged 18, of Wallis Park, Gravesend, pleaded not guilty. The two 17-year-olds, who cannot be named, were not asked to plead.
Chairman of the Bench Marion Maidment said the case should be heard at Crown Court and adjourned it for committal on July 8.
