BLAZE: Firefighters rescued a 49-year-old woman from her first floor flat during a fire in Restons Crescent, New Eltham, at about 3pm last Wednesday. The fire, which caused five per cent damage to the flat, was started accidentally. HEALTHY PUPILS: Rushy Green School, Catford, has been awarded the activemark gold award by Sport England for its efforts to keep pupils active and healthy.
