I am writing in pure frustration at the increase of dog excrement on our paths in West Wickham.
We are trying to bring our children up to respect their environment and have to take them to school dodging the piles of dog toilet littering our streets. I am fed up with having to scrape trainers, wash clothes, car mats that are covered in this foul and unhygenic smelling dog toilet.
I cannot believe that you can walk a dog and not realise it has stopped to do its toilet. So why do people not bother to pick it up? Is it because it is not on their doorstep, believe me it is a regular occurrence on mine.
I like dogs, and I would like my children and myself to be able to walk around the streets of West Wickham without regularly being covered with dog toilet. We are responsible parents bringing up our children to respect our environment and the people in it, please let them see that adults are being responsible too, clean your dog toilet up!
