BROMLEY'S free festival of sport saw huge crowds flock to the Glades shopping centre.
SportsMania was organised by the Glades in partnership with the London Borough of Bromley. It brought demonstrations of sports from table football and virtual golf to rock climbing and surfing.
Highlights of the week-long extravaganza included soccer coaching from Crystal Palace football club's football in the community team, a chance to play cyber-golf on a virtual golf course, a bungee run from the London Broncos rugby league team and demonstrations from the Storm wheelchair basketball team.
Glades marketing executive Andy McLean said: "The event gave people of all ages and abilities the chance to try their hands at loads of exciting sports. Clubs and societies from all over the south east were able to showcase their sports to thousands of visitors during the week."
