SCHOOLS across the borough were getting in the holiday mood before the Easter break.
Hundreds of youngsters took part in egg hunts, Easter bonnet parades and a range of other festive frolics.
At Wickham Court primary, no stone was left unturned in their search for the eggs.
The children then donned their hats, decorated with daffodils and chicks and paraded round the school.
They also raised more than £600 for the parent-teacher association with a raffle.
Children at Anerley Primary School painted eggs to brighten up their homes over the Easter holidays.
There were some weird and wonderful creations, as well as some happy faces.
