A new Poundstretcher store is opening soon in Kent, promising fresh bargains and a boost for the high street.
The discount retailer will open in Swanley Centre on Friday, August 28, taking over the former Poundland unit and creating up to eight new jobs.
The store will be officially opened by Mayor Michael Horwood and will welcome shoppers from 9am.
Andy Atkinson, chief executive officer of Poundstretcher, said: "Household budgets remain under pressure, so we are committed to expanding our store network and making it easier for even more people to access great products at great prices.
