Dishoom is set to open its latest café in Borough later this year, bringing Bombay comfort food to south London.
The new café will be located at 24 Southwark Street, in the historic Hop Exchange building, near London Bridge station.
The opening will see Dishoom join one of London's most famous food destinations, with nearby Borough Market known as a foodie hotspot.
Dishoom said the area's reputation for food, produce and hospitality makes it a fitting home for its latest café.

The restaurant group has confirmed the new venue will continue its celebration of Bombay's food, culture, history and character, while paying tribute to the city's historic Irani cafés, which were once at the heart of everyday life for many residents.
Dishoom is known for its Bombay-inspired comfort food, drawing on the flavours of Mumbai's cafés, street stalls and family kitchens.
Popular dishes include its signature House Black Daal, rich Chicken Ruby curry and crispy Okra Fries, while its Bacon Naan Roll has become one of the restaurant's most famous breakfast offerings.
While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the company says it plans to welcome its first guests later this year, with more details to be revealed closer to launch.
A spokesperson for Dishoom said: "Dishoom is looking forward to opening a new café at 24 Southwark Street in Borough later this year.
"The Borough café will continue Dishoom's enduring celebration of Bombay: its food, history, culture and its quirks, while paying homage to the city's much-loved Irani cafés, which once formed part of the fabric of everyday life.
