A disqualified driver who led police on a dangerous chase has been jailed.
Johnathan Conian, 40, was sentenced to eight months behind bars after admitting to dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and being in possession of cannabis.
The incident unfolded on June 5 when Conian was spotted driving a Hyundai in Campshill Road, Hither Green.
He then led officers on a pursuit which only ended in Polecroft Lane, Catford.
Conian, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to all charges at Bromley Magistrates' Court.
On Wednesday (June 17) magistrates said that only a custodial sentence was appropriate given the seriousness of the offences and his "flagrant disregard for court orders".
For the dangerous driving offence, he was also handed a 40 month driving disqualification and must take an extended re-test before regaining his licence.
