An 88-year-old man has died after a crash in Kent.
A collision between two vehicles occurred at 11.36am on May 22 in Heart in Hand Road, Herne Bay.
Emergency services including Kent Police attended the scene and an 88-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He has since died and his next of kin have been made aware.
Officers from the serious collision investigation unit are making enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident and are asking anyone who saw the collision, or who might have seen the vehicles beforehand, to contact police.
Witnesses, CCTV and dashcam footage are all sought.
Motorists who were in the area are urged to check for any dashcam footage, which may assist the investigation.
