Two men are fighting for their lives in hospital following a triple stabbing outside a nightclub in south east London.

The men, both aged in their 20s, were found injured in Ruby Street, Peckham, shortly before 4am this morning (April 6).

Metropolitan Police officers were initially called with reports of a disturbance involving a group of people, but discovered three men with stab wounds.

One man, a 26-year-old, died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

The other two men were taken to hospital where they are fighting for their lives.

Four people, three men aged 24 and an 18-year-old man, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

A scene is in place on Ruby Street, where forensics officers have been seen working within a cordon.
