An investigation has been launched after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed in south east London.
The incident happened at Dog Kennel Hill Estate in Albrighton Road, Dulwich just after 7pm on March 28.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a boy who was stabbed in the head.
He was treated before being taken to hospital where his injuries were assesed as life-threatening.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by the police.
There have been no arrests and officers are appealing to the public for information.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "An investigation has been launched, and officers are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances.
"Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact 101, quoting CAD6251/28March, or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
