A woman in her 80s was taken to hospital after being attacked with scissors in Kent.
Kent Police was called just after 2pm yesterday (March 14) to reports of a woman being attacked with scissors outside a private property on The Chase in Chatham.
Officers attended alongside paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service, who treated a woman in her 80s for stabbing-like injuries.
She was taken to a London hospital for further treatment, where her injuries are not believed to be life changing or threatening.
A man was also reportedly assaulted by the suspect, who was unknown to the victims.
