Lewisham’s least and most expensive streets have been revealed – with one featuring Georgian houses that sell for up to 1.6 million.

Property Solvers has revealed Lewisham’s least and most expensive streets to buy a house in 2025, based on data from the year up to May 2025.

According to this data, Lewisham’s most expensive street to buy a house is Tyrwhitt Road, where houses sell for an average of £1,689,000.

Located in Brockley, the road was originally built during the beginning of the 1800s during the development of Deptford New Town.

The road is full of early late Georgian houses, distinctive with high ceilings and mouldings on their exteriors.

Lewisham’s most affordable place to buy a homeby contrast for 2025 is the Oregan Building, which is located in Deals Gateway between Lewisham and Greenwich where flats sell for an average of just £145,000.

The location is within easy reach of London by train or DLR via Deptford Bridge and Greenwich stations.

The average house price in Lewisham is £463,591, according to HM Land Registry data.

The most common price bracket for sales was between £280,000 and £414,000, with 181 properties sold, closely followed by the £414,000 to £548,000 range, where 180 sales were recorded.
