The most and least expensive streets in Bexleyheath for this year have been revealed – with one street home to Edwardian houses that sell for £1 million.

In data produced by Property Solvers based on house sales from HM Land Registry, Bexleyheath’s least and most expensive streets have been unveiled.

Coming in as Bexleyheath’s most expensive street was Danson Road, where houses sell for an average of over £1 million, based on ten house sales over the last year up until May 2025.

The street features a mix of architectural styles ranging from Edwardian homes to Art Deco buildings – with some even holding Grade II listed status.

The street is within easy reach of Danson Park – one of Bexleyheath’s most popular parks – featuring a historic house and boating lake, hosting popular events like Danson Park Fireworks.

Whereas the least expensive street in Bexley for 2025 was Mayplace Road East, where houses have sold for an average price of £141k based on 14 house sales.

The street mainly consists of flats and semi-detached houses and is within close walking distance of Barnehurst and Bexleyheath train stations.

But one of Bexley’s most popular streets to move to according to the same data for 2025 is Pincott Road, where houses sell for an average of £224k based on 28 sales – the highest number of house sales during the last year.

According to data, most of the house sales in Bexleyheath in the last year ranged between £410,000 and £550,000, based on data of 315 sales in the area.
