Thorpe Park is set to extend its opening hours for the first time in six years across weekends in August.
On Saturday August 24, and Saturday August 31, Thorpe Park is extending its opening hours until 9pm.
During the summer holidays, the park is usually open from 10am to 7pm, however this will be changing on the mentioned weekends, from 10am to 9pm.
Thorpe Park, located in Surrey, England, opened in 1979 and has since become one of the UK's leading theme parks.
The park has continuously expanded, introducing cutting-edge rides and themed areas that cater to adrenaline seekers and families alike.
Park go-ers can now experience the ultimate rush on the newest ride of the park, Hyperia, the UK’s tallest, fastest and most weightless rollercoaster.
Hyperia offers an unparalleled ride, but now adrenaline junkies can feel the wind in their hair as they reach speeds of over 80mph, and experience weightlessness like never before as they soar through the park and reach record-breaking heights of 236ft.
Thrill seekers are invited to test their mettle on Thorpe Park’s rollercoasters such Stealth, The Swarm and SAW – The Ride, or chase the summer evening sun on their exhilarating rides such as the spinning sensation, Zodiac, and giant speed swing, Rush.
Thorpe Park’s tickets remain at the same prices, with pre-booked single day tickets available on thorpepark.com from £29 per person and free tickets for anyone under 1.2m.
From the heart-pounding rides to the enchanting sunset vistas, Thorpe Park's sunset rides promise an “unforgettable experience” for the whole family to enjoy.
