Police were called to a street in Erith after reports of a man with a knife today.
Officers attended Walnut Tree Road at around 4.40pm on June 21 after reports had been made about a man with a weapon.
However, they were unable to locate a suspect at the scene.
Police have said that nobody appeared injured at the location.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at around 16.40hrs on Friday 21 June to Walnut Tree Road, Erith to reports of a man in possession of a knife.
“Officers attended the scene but were unable to locate either a suspect or any injured party.”
