The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Tuesday, May 21, 2024:
KAZEEM OGUNKOYA, 35, of Thomas Lane in Catford, admitted stealing from Poundland and Savers in Swanley on January 2 and January 4. Ogunkoya was ordered to pay £117 compensation.
MARK ASHLEY, 52, of no fixed address in Lewisham, admitted failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirements by failing to tell them he was homeless. Ashley was given a 24 week custody sentence suspended for one year.
ROSS PORT, 43, of Crown Lane in Bromley, admitted attempted burglary with intent to steal at a home on Glebe Road, Bromley on March 5. Port was remanded in custody and his case was sent to Woolwich Crown Court for sentencing.
