Police have flocked to a quiet residential street after a child was seen alone in Bexleyheath.
The child was seen walking in Rydal Drive just after 12.30pm yesterday (May 14).
The child was found safe and returned home shortly after.
No criminal offences were identified.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at about 12:24hrs on Tuesday, 14 May to reports of a child walking down the road alone on Rydal Drive, Bexleyheath.
“Officers attended and returned the child home.
“No criminal offences have been identified.”
