The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Monday, May 13, 2024:   

MARCIN GENDEK, 48, of McLeod Road in Abbey Wood, found guilty of drink driving in Abbey Wood on January 10. He gave a reading of 103micrograms per 100mls of breath, the legal limit is 36micrograms. Gendek was fined £660 and disqualified from driving for six months. 

MARTIN JACKSON, 40, of Frobisher Road in Erith, admitted theft from a BP garage in Greenwich on New Year’s Eve. Jackson was ordered to pay £50 in compensation. 

PEDRO DA COSTA, 32, of Camden Gardens in Camden, convicted of possession of cannabis, MDMA, ketamine and cocaine on August 25 last year in Southwark. Da Costa was given a one-year community order including 80 hours of unpaid work. 

ADRIAN REID, 40, of Arlington Close in Hither Green, admitted burgling Greenwich Dental referral Practice on August 24. Reid was given a six-week prison sentence suspended for one year. 

ELLIOTT DYER, 27, of Castleton Close in Croydon, admitted drug driving on Sidcup Road, Eltham, on December 3. Dyer was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £553. 

EMMANUEL APAW, 31, of Hazelbank Road in Lewisham, admitted drug driving on Chapel Farm Road, Eltham, on December 15. Apaw was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £120. 

CLARE WILLSHER, 46, of Long Lane in Bexleyheath, admitted a public order offence and assault against a woman in Bexleyheath on January 16. Willsher was given a one-year conditional discharge.
