M&S has applied for a licence to sell alcohol at a new Simply Food store in Sidcup.

The application has been made to the London Borough of Bexley Licensing Authority by Marks & Spencer Simply Food Ltd for the site at 124 Station Road.

A M&S Simply Food store has not yet opened at 124 Station Road, and the site was formerly occupied by the Co-Op, which has now closed permanently.

If approved, this licence will permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 6am to midnight daily.

The full application details for M&S' Premises Licence are available for public viewing at the Licensing Authority's offices or via email at licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk.
